Thermometer/Data Logger Calibration

We provide a 3 point calibration service on a variety of thermometers and data loggers as recommended by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) to an accuracy of +/- 0.5̊C.

Each thermometer/data logger is supplied with a 3 point certificate of calibration with the thermometer/data logger and certificate being individually serial numbered. Each certificate should be renewed annually by returning the equipment to us for calibration; a new certificate will then be provided and returned with the equipment.

Temperature Mapping

Our comprehensive mapping process enables us to work with our clients to collate a clear picture of the thermal stability of their environment, whether mapping small storage areas, pharmaceutical warehouses, cold-rooms or fridges we generate a clear and concise report which is fully compliant with the relevant legislation.

Risk Assessment

Our experienced engineers and consultants will work with you to initially assess the environment including risks and layout to establish the number and location of the data loggers, supported with a deployment matrix.

Warehouse and Storage Area Temperature Mapping

We conduct seasonal temperature mapping services of internal vs external temperatures at the coldest and warmest times of the year to establish hot, cold, arid or humid spots within the storage volume.

Appliance Temperature Mapping and PQ Testing

We conduct empty and full appliance temperature mapping to assess temperature distribution front to back and top to bottom, including freezer temperature mapping. Power loss and open-door recovery studies are included.

Reporting

Using secure cloud services the task of generating reports can be performed in-house or outsourced to us if resources are limited or deadlines are fast approaching.
